Raspberry layer Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup coconut water
- 1.5 tbs chia seeds
- 3 tbs coconut yogurt
- maple syrup to taste
- tbs raspberry coulis
Instructions:
- Soak the chia seeds in the coconut water for at least 20 mins.
- Stir the rest of the ingredients in.
Orange layer Ingredients:
- 2 tbs chia seeds soaked in 1/3 cup blood orange/ orange juice
- zest from 1 small orange
- 1.5 tbs dessicated coconut
- 1 tbs coconut water
- maple syrup to taste
Instructions:
- Stir it up and layer on top of the raspberry layer.
