Orange Chia
Pudding

Raspberry layer Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup coconut water
  • 1.5 tbs chia seeds
  • 3 tbs coconut yogurt
  • maple syrup to taste
  • tbs raspberry coulis

Instructions:

  1. Soak the chia seeds in the coconut water for at least 20 mins.
  2. Stir the rest of the ingredients in.

Orange layer Ingredients:

  • 2 tbs chia seeds soaked in 1/3 cup blood orange/ orange juice
  • zest from 1 small orange
  • 1.5 tbs dessicated coconut
  • 1 tbs coconut water
  • maple syrup to taste

Instructions:

  1. Stir it up and layer on top of the raspberry layer.
